When he and his wife moved to North Carolina, Tom missed the frozen custard he enjoyed up north.  So he stewed about it for a few years.  And then he stewed some more.  And finally, when his wife was about to lose her mind if she heard one more word about frozen custard, he opened Cintom's Frozen Custard. Notice that Cindy is the first part of Cintom's!  Yes the base mix for our custard comes from a Wisconsin dairy making custard mix for 3 generations.  They supply mix for some of the best shops in Milwaukee, the custard capital of the world!
